luggage issue small room

My stay had some hiccups. The check-in process seemed disorganized. Our luggage was sent to the wrong room. The room itself felt small. The balcony may have been included in the square footage. I also found it inconvenient that there wasn't a hook in the shower.

a blissful escape, a radiant experience

attentive staff towel animals super clean rooms

I appreciated the staff's attentiveness. Som, our room attendant, surprised us with small gifts and heartfelt messages. she created towel animals that my children adored. cherry and jimmy ensured our rooms remained super clean throughout our stay.

the kids' pool area was unexpectedly closed for a day, and this caused considerable disappointment among the children. the kids' club was also not available .

The staff at the pool bar were attractive and entertaining, especially nanny and fern. Their cheerful attitude really enhanced our experience. ju offered detailed explanations, setting a positive tone for our stay.

i found the breakfast buffet offered various options, providing many choices to suit different tastes. we opted for the all-inclusive package, and the food was consistently AMAZING!!! the hotel has themed dinner nights that kept our mealtimes interesting.

Our room was spacious. It gave us a comfortable stay. the hotel ensured the space was very clean. there was a balcony overlooking the pool. This added to the enjoyment of our mornings and evenings.
